Introduction
The HXITC-V8-DFY16 trolley type air mixer is mainly composed of a trolley, a vane air motor, a coupling, as tirring shaft, two folding type impellers and a control box with F.R.L and control valves inside. It is designed for 500-1000 litres containers, especially for IBC tanks. The mixer part can be lifted and lowered by the air cylinder to adapt to different containers. The whole machine can be moved easily by the trolley. The speed of the air mixer can be adjusted by air inflow to meet the requirements of different working conditions. The air mixer is widely used for stirring chemical solutions such as ink, oil, glue, paint, etc.

Notes
1.Use dry, clean and lubricated compressed air to drive the air mixer. The mixer has a F.R.L inside the control box.Make sure the lubricator is always filled with oil.
2. Before connecting to the ports, clean the compressed air connections with low pressure air to remove any dirt or debris.
3. Always use air lines that are the same size, or larger, than the air inlet port (refer to port size in the specifications chart).
