This product is powered by compressed air and features near-field electric and pneumatic control, remote electric control, and an emergency stop control device. It is driven by a piston-type air motor, which is reduced by a planetary gear, and then drives the drum to rotate, fulfilling the operational requirements. The drum adopts the Lebus double-fold line technology, and the automatic rope discharging mechanism uses a bidirectional screw rope discharger, enabling precise winding. The winch is equipped with an automatic disc brake and a hand-crank belt brake. The automatic disc brake is composed of friction discs that are combined with the brake hub through a spline, and the brake hub is connected to the drive shaft of the pneumatic motor. The friction discs are clamped to the drum shaft by a spring-type piston. Unless the winch control valve is operated, the brake will remain in the applied state. The winch is equipped with a slip ring installation position, which can be selected and installed according to different umbilical cable requirements.
